First up is my favorite find...
How cute is this mini toy sewing machine?! And it really works! I haven't tried it, and the handle is cracked, but this will look great on a shelf when I get a more permanent sewing area set up for myself. I've done a little research, and it appears to have been made by Hasbro in the 1950s. I love it!
I have a vintage cookie cutter collection. The old metal cutters go in a big jar that sits on a shelf in my kitchen. I don't use any of the metal cutters, but I recently started collecting some vintage plastic cookie cutters. Most of them were made by Hallmark years ago. I found these three Thanksgiving cookie cutters in our travels over the weekend...
I love the little Pilgrim. My three year old and I make a little batch of cookies for every holiday, so these will get some use this weekend.
I also found this adorable little vintage Pyrex piece...
It's the same red as my large Pyrex mixing bowl that we used to make cookies with when I was a kid, and it's sitting on the shelf right next to it.
We didn't find a coffee table in New Hampshire or Maine, and I was a little disappointed, but the weekend had been so great that I didn't let it get me down. On the way back through Connecticut to our house, we stopped at one last antique shop. It's a little place about eight minutes from our house that we always pass by and want to stop but never have. This little old man runs it out of the back of his house. Guess what we found? Yup, a coffee table. I only had to go eight minutes across town to find it.
There was nothing wrong with our old coffee table, but it was huge and it took up half the living room. This is much nicer. The girls have more room to play around it now. I love the red, and I love how beat up the top is...
Thanks for stopping by today to check out my finds. More One Fabric, Five Ideas coming soon. Have a great weekend!

You sparked an instant memory we had those cookie cutters when I was little I can't wait to ask my mom what happened to them - she never throws anything away
Great finds! I love Hampton Beach! I hope your girls feel better, it is exhausting when the kids aren't feeling well.
