Don't forget that the Portfolio Dress Sew Along, hosted by myself and Chris from Pickup Some Creativity, starts next Monday, April 25th. I can't wait to get started!
I decided to go with some Lisette fabric for my dress...
It's cotton lawn and has a really nice weight to it. I'm going with white for the neckline.
Grab a button, choose your fabric, and get ready to sew along next Monday!
Another reminder... don't forget that the April Point of View collage reveal and link party will be this Friday, April 22nd. This month's theme is spring, so get those spring projects ready to link up on Friday!
Also, here's a little sneak peek at something I've been working on. I don't have the kinks worked out just yet, so it may be a few weeks before I show it to you...
And since this post is turning into quite a hodgepodge of information, I'd also like to thank Mary Ann from Love This Bloggin for awarding me the Versatile Blogger Award. Thanks so much, Mary Ann!

I'm very curious now about your mystery project. You're a dark horse!!

Oh my, you are one busy woman! I'll be keeping an eye out on these various creations of yours and picking up tips along the way (no doubt)!
Hooray, Gwen! So excited to play along.
thanks for the reminder about Point of View! I'm still searching for the "perfect" project. :)
xoxo,
Amy
Ooh, your dress is going to be gorgeous! A crisp white neckline will look amazing with that blue print!
I'm a blue girl so anything made from blue prints is a winner for me. Look at those chubby arms holding that lolly pop too, love Posie
Great fabric choice! We don't have Joann's in Canada. I have my pattern and I am looking forward to this.
I really love those dimpled hands too!
This will be so fun to follow. I would participate but being 7 months preggers I won't be able to wear it for a while so maybe next time. Can't wait to see how they turn out. I am obsessed with Oliver & S patterns for my girls and cant wait to make these for myself.
