Today's theme is "pouches". I love zipper pouches. They're a quick and simple sewing project and make great gifts, but the best part about zipper pouches is that they can be customized in a million different ways. The pins I've chosen to share this week are all tutorials for making different zipper pouches.
4. Zippered pouch with reverse applique tutorial by Karin from Orange Flower on Sublime Stitching
I love the LBG Studio patchwork pencil pouch, and I have firsthand experience with this tutorial. Remember the little pouch I made for the birthday week giveaway...
The scrappy zipper pouch from Make it Perfect is so cute. I really love the embroidery, the decorative stitching, and the button embellishments. I also like how Toni adds her zipper, with fabric added to either end of it before attaching it to the pouch.
How cool are the art supply pouches by Holly from Chez Beeper Bebe?!? The fabric is custom printed with photos of the art supplies that are held inside. I am in love with this idea.
More embroidery love for the reverse applique pouch on Sublime Stitching. You can even download the pen and pencil embroidery pattern for free!
Do you know of any unique zipper pouch tutorials? If so, leave a link in the comments so I can check them out. Thanks!

Great selection Gwen!

Thanks for including my tutorial! Love the pouch you made. Zipper pouches are so fun to make. Have you seen the chevron pouch tutorial by Made by Rae? Looks really neat and she's got a template to make cutting the fabric strips easier. On my to-do list!
