I had an ugly grocery bag holder hanging in the pantry for years. I bought it at a discount store for a couple of dollars, but it had wine bottles printed on the fabric (I don't even drink wine), and although it served its purpose, I'd never been happy with it. I decided to make my own using this tutorial, but I was spending way too much time trying to decide what fabric to use. I finally went for it and ordered some fabric from Spoonflower that I've been eyeing forever.

Is this not the cutest fabric ever?!? I love it, and I've been waiting and waiting for a reason to order some. This was my first experience with Spoonflower, and I was really impressed with the quality of the fabric and how quickly my order arrived (And they aren't paying me to say that). As soon as I had the fabric in my hands, I got to work right away...
Because of the direction that the fabric is printed, my holder is shorter and fatter than the typical long and skinny version, but I really like it. And it's a nice surprise every time I open the pantry doors.
I definitely spent way too much on this quick little project, but I finally have a grocery bag holder that I like, and I finally got the chance to order that fabric that I've been pining for. Just don't tell my husband how much that fat quarter cost ;)
I'm linking up...

I agree with you Gwen.....your fabric choice is ADORABLE. Wouldn't it make a great apron? Don't worry we all have fabric secrets to keep from our husbands. What happens on the blog....stays on the blog. Have a good day.
Really cute. That fabric is adorable.
adorable fabric!! I need to make a cuter plastic bag holder too, mine is plain white but a fun fabric would be so much better!
That IS really sweet fabric! I could see a whole bunch of matching kitchen accessories!
My grocery sack holder is a grocery sack itself, hung on the door knob.
