Bubble Refill Station (My Take)

If you're on Pinterest, I'm sure you've seen the bubble refill station from Come Together Kids bouncing around. Basically you take a plastic beverage dispenser and fill it with bubble soap so the kids have easy access to refills all summer long. I thought this was a fantastic idea, but rather than go out and buy a beverage dispenser, I reused an empty laundry detergent container...

I rinsed it out several times, removed the labels, used a Sharpie to decorate it, and filled the container with bubble soap. Easy peasy! The girls love having it right outside to quickly refill their bubble guns when they run out of soap. Great summer idea!

A great idea Gwen! (And way to reuse that detergent jug too, btw.)

I love this idea! I hate spending money when I have something laying around that will work! Brilliant!

Great repurpose of these particular type of soap dispensers. I think I am going to do the same thing! Bubble solution has made a big, big mess on our deck lately. Have a great day Gwen!

Can you share the recipe for the bubble soap?? Thank you in ADVANCE!!! =))

@Denise Pope: I don't have a bubble recipe. I'm not sure why my picture of the bubble soap dispenser is being circulated with a bubble recipe all over Pinterest... It's not my recipe! I just use a jumbo bottle of Gazillion Bubbles :)

Fabulous Idea!! I usually buy the big bottles of bubbles that are HEAVY and the kids cannot refill by themselves. Heck I even sometimes spill the bubbles trying to refill. :) Thanks for an awesome idea!!

Love this idea!! How did you remove the label from the laundry tub though??

@Cristi Jamison: The label on my laundry detergent containers is a large plastic sticker, so it peeled off pretty easily. Goo Gone is also a great product for removing labels if your container label is stubborn.
